KS2 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Lead KS2 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

- Support KS2 teachers' growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Foster positive relationships, encouraging collaboration for education.
KS2 Phase Lead Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.

- Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
