Overview
Ready to make your mark in fashion? Boden is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative Womenswear Creative Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand's visual direction, creating engaging design work primarily across digital channels, with some print. You’ll play a key role in bringing Boden’s womenswear collections to life through compelling creative and brand storytelling.
Working closely with designers, copywriters and marketing teams, you’ll be part of the creative process from concept through to execution. With a strong awareness of fashion and design trends, you’ll help ensure our creative stays fresh, inspiring and true to the Boden brand.
You’ll need to be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-moving creative environment, with the confidence to take ownership of briefs and deliver high-quality work.
Hybrid working at Boden
3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days working from home.
What the Junior Graphic Designer will do:
- Design engaging creative across digital channels (with occasional print) to support Boden’s womenswear collections and campaigns
- Help bring creative concepts to life through strong visual storytelling aligned with the Boden brand
- Take briefs from concept through to final execution, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
- Collaborate with copy, marketing and wider creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Stay on top of fashion, cultural and design trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
What Boden is looking for:
- Experience working in a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand environment, either in-house or agency side
- Strong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience using Figma
- A well-developed eye for design, including a strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Confidence working from briefs and taking a creative through to final delivery
- Excellent organisation and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Naturally curious, with a strong interest in fashion, culture and design trends
- A proactive, positive approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a creative team
- Experience using After Effects is a plus
