Merchandising Administrative Assistant

At JoJo we’re on the lookout for a Merchandising Administrative Assistant
You will assist and support the Merchandising team in all aspects of Merchandising across all business channels. Working within a small team you will be expected to juggle a fast paced and changing workload and be able to multi task. Duties may cover all areas of admin, reporting, analysing, and stock distribution.
A peek into your daily adventures
Planning
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure effective planning of stock flow, commitment, intake and distribution.
• Support the merchandising team to plan for new store openings & review existing store layouts
• Support the merchandising team to plan and manage stock distributions to stores
Analysis
• Analyse historic sales patterns and trends.
• Produce all trading packs and ad hoc analysis as required.
• Provide regular analysis on stock levels, sales performance and purchasing.
• Ad Hoc analysis as required.
Trading / Operations
• Responding to store queries.
• Amending mins and maxes for stores.
• Importing allocations for new season.
• Managing price lists for current season & markdowns
• Amending hierarchies and ensuring merchandising style information is up to date on the system.
• Assist in managing the outlet website (stock and discounts) and allocating of the sale stores.
• Liaising with the warehouse to help manage stock levels and capacity
• Collating weekly correspondence to stores & area managers
• Proofing the catalogues plans to ensure the correct information is included
Other
• Supporting the Merchandising team in the day-to-day running of the department.
• Attend store visits, providing useful information and recommendations, and feedback with actions required.
Skills that make you shine:
• Good experience with Excel.
• Proven numerate and analytical skills plus excellent verbal and written English.
• Be an efficient and reliable team member who can be responsible for their own workload.
• An ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload
