Fleet Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Uxbridge - 5 days in a week in our office in the ARC
Job Summary:
The Fleet Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and supporting all operational aspects of fleet sales activities. This role ensures efficient processes, accurate reporting, strong coordination between sales, logistics, finance teams and the successful delivery of fleet solutions to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Oversee daily fleet sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes
· Support the fleet sales team with pricing, proposals, contracts, and customer projects
· Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics
· Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure vehicle availability
· Monitor and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency
· Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
· Support tender submissions and large corporate or government fleet deals
· Analyse market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities
· Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements, and contractual obligations
· Train and support sales staff on systems, tools, and operational procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to conduct data analysis and report writing.
· Proven experience in fleet sales within the automotive industry or related fields, with knowledge of the rental, leasing and/or Broker sales industry sectors, regulations, and best practices.
· Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive teams towards common goals and effectively coordinate and communicate in cross-functional collaborations.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field
Experience in sales operations, fleet management, or automotive sales
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM systems, BI tools)
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fleet leasing, automotive industry, or B2B sales is highly desirable
