Kitchen Manager – Premium Fresh Food Concept, East London | Monday–Friday | Up to £36,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a motivated kitchen team in a daytime-only operation , offering a great work–life balance with no late nights and a Monday to Friday schedule .
We are seeking a hands-on leader with a background in fresh food-led grab & go, café, or QSR environments , who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.
The Role
- Oversee daily kitchen operations from preparation through to service
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and brand standards
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
- Manage food production and kitchen organisation to maintain efficiency
- Monitor food costs and maintain operations within budget targets
- Uphold exceptional food safety and hygiene standards across the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Chef in a fresh food environment
- Background in grab & go, café, or quick service restaurant operations
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- A proactive and organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
