• Identify, shape, and pursue high-value opportunities across the CPRD market
• Contribute to Capgemini’s CPRD growth agenda by building pipeline aligned to strategic themes such as:
• Digital supply chain and logistics optimisation
• Smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions
• Sustainable operations and energy transformation
• Connected customer experience and omnichannel retail
• Analyse market signals, competitor activity, and client investment patterns to target emerging opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned CPR and Retail clients
• Understand clients’ strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation agendas
• Regularly engage clients to gather insights, drive conversations, and create collaboration pathways

Your Profile

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in the UK market
• Direct experience with Consumer Products and Retail organisations
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain , Manufacturing , and CPR industry operating models
• Demonstrated success selling large transformation, engineering, IT, or business services deals
• Existing senior relationships in the UK CPR market (highly advantageous)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
• Comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior operational stakeholders
• Engineering or business degree preferred with strong understanding of technology-enabled services
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage complex workloads, competing deadlines, and multi-level stakeholders
• Persistent, driven, and able to sustain momentum through extended sales processes
