Demand Generation Marketing Executive - Remote (UK)
About the Role
Codestone is seeking a talented Demand Generation Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team. We’re seeking a skilled marketing professional who enjoys delivering revenue driving content, events, and digital marketing initiatives on a global scale.In this dynamic role, you’ll lead and contribute to a broad range of marketing projects that support our strategic objectives. These include digital and in-person events, targeted digital campaigns, customer communications, collateral creation, and both internal and external communications.
You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider Codestone business, including Sales, Delivery, Product, and People & Culture teams. This is a varied and hands-on position that spans the full marketing mix.
What you’ll do:
- Digital Events: Plan and deliver webinars, online seminars, and virtual roundtables, managing targeting, stakeholder engagement, and partner liaison.
- In-Person Events: Oversee sponsorship logistics, collateral, merchandise, and staff briefing for UK and global events. Develop follow-up strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website updates, SEO, user tracking, reporting, paid advertising, and email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Customer Marketing: Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate data, segment target lists, manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and report on engagement metrics.
- Collateral & Content: Work with designers and copywriters to create brochures, thought leadership content, and promotional materials.
- Internal Communications: Support company-wide updates, product announcements, and regular marketing communications.
- Budget & Admin: Manage budgets, negotiate supplier fees, track costs, process invoices, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- CIM Diploma or equivalent professional marketing qualification.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or professional services.
- Hands-on experience with digital/online webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Teams) and in-person event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of website content and design principles (WordPress, Google Analytics).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and email campaign management.
- Skilled in creating marketing collateral and communicating effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
