SEN TA | Merton

Wayman Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Merton to recruit an experienced SEN TA. The successful SEN TA will work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting both their academic progress and emotional development. Starting January 2026, this SEN TA role provides a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine difference in Merton.
Responsibilities of the SEN TA:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support as a SEN TA
Support pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs
Assist class teachers with differentiated learning strategies
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being as a SEN TA
