An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join the Talent Management department to support with an exciting Leadership development project, in collaboration with International teams. We’re looking for a strategic, hands on Consultant to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of Leadership development initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in redesigning our Leadership offering, and supporting with the International Next Level Leadership project ensuring local initiatives drive engagement, performance and long-term development.

What you'll do
- Lead the redesign, implementation end evaluation of Leadership development.
- Partner with key business departments and subject matter experts to craft impactful learning solutions for Leaders.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure impact, learning transfer and business outcomes.
- Champion inclusive and scalable learning practices that support diverse talent pipelines.
- Support with the appraisal cycle and wider development initiatives.
What you'll need
- Experience within Talent Management is essential.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Previous experience within a Leadership role is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management including Head Office divisions, International and Regional Talent teams.
- Experience using SuccessFactors Talent and Learning is preferred.
