Job Title: Live-in SEN Nanny (Special Educational Needs)
Location: Sloane Square, Chelsea, London
Salary: £300 per day (£1,500 per week / Approx. £78,000 gross per annum)
Schedule: 5 days per week (Day shifts)
Accommodation: Private own bedroom and en-suite bathroom provided

About the Role
A private family based in prestigious Sloane Square, Chelsea, is seeking a resilient, highly capable, and dedicated Live-In SEN Nanny to support their 11-year-old son who has diagnosis of ASD. The child weighs 62kg and requires a professional who is physically robust and strong to safely manage daily routines. Due to the child's complex needs, the ideal candidate must be mentally prepared for challenging behaviors, including occasional, unintentional biting or headbutting. The child has an ABA program, therapists and consultant who work with him daily.

Daily Schedule & Routine
• Early Start: Wake up and morning routine begins at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM.
• School Drop-off: Assist the child and accompany them to school for 8:00 AM.
• Daily Break: Enjoy a dedicated, long rest break every morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• School Pick-up: Collect the child from school at 1:00 PM and manage afternoon care.

Key Responsibilities
• Behavioural Management: Maintain calm, confidence, and safety during behavioural episodes
• Physical Support: Safely guide and physically support a large child weighing 62kg during transitions and outings.
• Routine Management: Manage the split-shift schedule efficiently from early morning through afternoon care.
• Digital Communication: Utilize apps and digital tools to log behavioural notes or coordinate with parents and specialists.

Candidate Requirements
• Physical Capability: Not someone small. Must be physically strong, tall, or robust enough to handle a 62kg child safely.
• SEN / ABA Experience: Proven experience or thorough preparation for high-needs behavioural support.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern technology and communication apps.
• Background Preference: Filipino or South African candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
