Restaurant Operations Manager
Join us as our Restaurant Operations Manager, leading our hourly team in delivering our famous chicken finger meals. The Work
- Lead and support our hourly team
- Ensure high operational standards are met
- Manage cash handling and employee functions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Complete other duties as required
What You Need
- Minimum 18 years old
- GCSEs or equivalent
- 3+ years restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts and travel as needed
Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with various technology systems
- Right to Work in the UK
