Electrical Supervisor

Falcon Green is proud to be working with one of Europe’s largest and most respected contractors, known for delivering major projects across the Data Centres, Education, Health and Life Sciences sector.

Now they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a dynamic team on a high – profile project. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated professional looking to take on a challenging, fast-paced role within a globally respected firm.

Successful candidates must hold extensive mission critical experience and be comfortable working in a face paced, high pressure environment. Please note that you will be employed under local labour regulations, with a competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and experience-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor

* Supervise all electrical activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and on schedule.

* Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct-workers.

* Make sure all Health and Safety rules are followed.

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

* Understands how to work safely in active sites, making sure client systems stay up and running during construction.

* Good knowledge of important company policies and maintains effective working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

* A skilled tradesperson with 5 to 10 years of experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.

* Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

* Comfortable working with electrical and mechanical systems.

* Good with software and systems.
