Role Overview: KS2 Teacher
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing the academic and social skills of our Year 3 to Year 6 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and Delivering Lessons: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that inspire students and cater to varied learning styles.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, participate in team planning, and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in school life.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher with a strong commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Passionate about supporting children’s development and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in KS2 teaching is desirable, but ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary on the Inner London Pay Scale, ranging from £40,317 to £52,300 , depending on experience and qualifications.
