We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Art & Design Lecturer to join our successful Art, Design & Media department.
In this post, you will have responsibility for delivering teaching and learning on ourArt & Design course to students. You will directly plan and prepare content to deliver to students, assessing students and partaking in pastoral tutorial sessions.
You will work closely with the Programme Manager and the rest of the Art, Design & Media team, and have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College.
The successful candidate must have:
- A teaching qualification (at a minimum of Level 5)
- Relevant teaching experience, ideally within an FE environment
- An Art & Design or equivalent qualification at Level 3 or above
- Teaching experience with awarding body UAL
- Experience of working with learners with high needs
- An excellent standard of IT skills (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
