Assistant Property Manager
Assistant Property Manager (Part-time)
Job Location: Canary Wharf
Assisting with maintenance queries
Arranging and carrying out property inspections and preparing reports for landlords
Processing contractor invoices
Processing utility changeovers
Liaising with landlords and tenants on general queries
Arranging check in/outs and end of tenancy procedures
General property administration
Updating property platforms Assistant Property Manager - Person Specification: Candidates do not need to have previous experience in the industry but should have some office administration experience Willingness to learn

Good all round computer skills Package: £26,000 per annum plus travel allowance
