About The Job

Based Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, the Night IRD Waiter/Waitress will provide an efficient and friendly service of food and beverage, ensuring guest and residents satisfaction is achieved throughout their In Room Dining experience.

As Night In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • To ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service.
  • To ensure a full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction.
  • To assist and prepare all amenities in order to deliver them in compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards.
  • To take orders in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner according to guest requirements and hotel standards.
  • To prepare all orders in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.
  • To deliver service in guest rooms and residences according to hotel standards and guest requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.

As Night In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, we expect from you:

  • To be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week, 4 days on/4 days off (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
