Royal London Asset Management are looking for a Senior Client Service Executive to provide high-quality, proactive service to discretionary wealth management clients and platforms. Acting as a key point of contact across the client lifecycle, you’ll combine strong operational expertise with the ability to manage complex client requirements and deliver excellent outcomes.
About the role
- Act as a senior point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, including handling escalations
- Deliver a proactive service model, anticipating client needs and providing clear, timely updates
- Support client retention through service reviews and relationship management activities
- Manage complex client structures and segregated mandate requirements
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Product
- Lead or support onboarding, transitions, and resolution of operational queries
- Coordinate client reporting, support governance requirements, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
About you
- Strong experience in client servicing within asset management or wealth management
- Solid understanding of investment operations and onboarding processes, including AML/KYC
- Experience managing complex client mandates and bespoke requirements
- International client experience is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
