Support Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven IT Systems Administrator to keep Cynomi’s internal operations running smoothly, securely and at scale. You will manage company devices, identity systems and user support across regions while owning IT infrastructure and documentation.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines technical expertise with great communication skills and thrives in fast-paced, growing environments. You will be a key part of the engine that enables our global team to do their best work securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support & manage apple devices using Jamf/Intune maintaining compliance standards
• Administer SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring access and structure
• Oversee identity, device, and policy management via Entra ID and Intune
• Support global teams and respond to issues across time zones
• Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including device and access setup

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in IT support or systems administration, ideally in a startup or SME environment
• Strong experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware
• Hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro, Jamf School or Intune
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online
• Basic to intermediate understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing)
• Experience managing backup systems like Veeam, Acronis, or Veritas
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform administration
• Comfortable adopting modern tools and open to exploring AI-driven solutions to improve IT workflows

Not a Must, But a Plus:

• Comptia A+ certification
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
• Cyber Security awareness
• Bash or PowerShell Scripting
