Our clients Marine Liability Reinsurance team is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, analytical and client-focused individual to join one of the most respected treaty teams in the market.
This is not a transactional broking role. This is an opportunity to step into a genuine client executive position, take ownership of large accounts, and play a key role in developing new business across Marine, Energy and specialty treaty lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and supporting a portfolio of major global clients across Marine Liability and Treaty reinsurance.
Playing a pivotal role in renewals, new business proposals, analytics, presentations and client management.
Working closely with senior brokers on complex placements and long-term programme structures.
Building relationships across the global reinsurance market while helping shape an expanding treaty proposition.
Bringing fresh thinking, ideas and initiative to drive growth across new lines and territories.
What We’re Looking For

You might currently be:
A Treaty Broker (Marine, Energy, Property or other lines)
A Reinsurance Account Executive or Handler
An Assistant Underwriter/Underwriter looking to move into broking
A technically strong broker/analyst handling large, complex corporate clients
What matters most is that you:
Have strong analytical ability (Excel/data handling)
Can build compelling slide decks and written proposals
Are proactive, commercial, and take real initiative
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
Enjoy problem-solving and thinking beyond the basics
Want to progress into a true client-facing, strategic role
