If you are a Registered Nurse with active NMC registration and substantial community complex care leadership experience, this Clinical Registered Manager role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of an established service across operations, governance, quality and service development.
As Clinical Registered Manager , you will lead the day-to-day London operation, working closely with the company owner and overseeing an established structure including an Operations Manager, two Clinical Leads, Care Coordinator and package-based Team Leaders .
The organisation supports approximately 20 complex care packages delivering around 5,000 care hours per week across London and Norfolk , supporting children, young adults and adults with complex healthcare needs.

This established community complex care provider delivers nurse-led care within individuals' own homes across London and Norfolk.
With approximately 20 packages and 5,000 weekly care hours , the organisation has an established management structure and is looking for a senior leader who can strengthen operational oversight, maintain high clinical standards and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of the London service.
• Hold Registered Manager responsibility, maintaining strong CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
• Lead and support the Operations Manager, two Clinical Leads, Care Coordinator and Team Leaders.
• Maintain oversight of approximately 20 complex care packages and 5,000 weekly care hours across the wider organisation.
• Drive clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical documentation and package reviews.
• Lead workforce performance, recruitment, retention and package stability.
• Support new package mobilisation, commissioner relationships and continued service development.
About You
• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
• Previous Clinical Registered Manager , Registered Manager, Head of Clinical Services or senior clinical operations experience
• Strong background within community complex care or nurse-led homecare
• Strong knowledge of CQC, clinical governance, safeguarding and quality assurance
• Experience managing complex care packages delivered within individuals' own homes
• Experience leading Clinical Leads, Nurses or other senior care professionals
• Strong workforce, commercial and operational management capability
• Confident working with commissioners, ICBs, case managers, families and multidisciplinary teams
This is a hybrid senior leadership position combining a South London office base, home working and community activity , with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to work directly with the company owner.
