Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
- Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory for their section, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools in their section are maintained in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
About you
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. Possess extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
