A high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a confident and organised HR Officer to join its operations team.
⭐ What You'll Be Doing
Supporting end-to-end recruitment
Coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks
Maintaining staff records and HR systems
Supporting absence and attendance
Preparing contracts and HR letters
Maintaining the Single Central Record
Supporting employee relations administration
Responding to staff HR queries
About You
Previous school HR experience is highly desirable, alongside strong knowledge of HR administration and safeguarding requirements.
You’ll be highly organised, approachable and comfortable managing sensitive information.
