Concession Manager - Liberty London

Dinny Hall is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Concession Manager to lead the concession at Liberty London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to own the concession’s performance, build a strong client base, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading from the front and making a real commercial impact.

Responsibilities of the Concession Manager:

• Driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs.
• Leading, motivating and developing the sales team.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term client relationships.
• Developing and managing your own client book through proactive clienteling.
• Ensuring excellent product and brand knowledge across the team.
• Managing recruitment, training, rotas, performance and appraisals.
• Maintaining high standards of visual presentation, housekeeping and stock management.
• Monitoring sales, customer and market trends and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Building strong relationships with Liberty Senior Management and representing Dinny Hall professionally.
• Ensuring all company and Liberty policies and procedures are followed.

• An experienced retail or concession manager within luxury or premium jewellery/fashion is a plus.
