As a Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and influence by acquiring, activating, and driving new business revenue growth through a portfolio of partners.

UK is a one of our largest revenue generating regions across our GTM teams, with the Partnerships function helping us build out the presence and commercial growth we already have in region. We believe there is plenty of opportunity to further grow this out.

We are looking for an experienced partnerships or sales oriented person to come in and build out a partner portfolio further. You will be working in conjunction with a Partnership Manager based in Bristol to build the portfolio nationally.

To succeed in this role, building something new does not scare but excite you. You will be heavily focused on acquiring and activating the right partners. The ongoing mission will then be to ensure we keep partners active to grow out new business revenue coming from your portfolio of partners.

You'll be a part of the Partnerships Team. We are a growing global team with team members all over the world. You'll work closely with our Team Manager for Partnerships in the UK ( Chris ) and the rest of the team ( Meet us here!). You will also work very closely with the regional teams to support our ongoing success and increasing market share.

Your key responsibilities will be to: 🤓

Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Acquire and activate a strong portfolio of revenue-generating partners within the Teamtailor IPP in your assigned region, with a primary focus on developing partnerships that generate SQLs and new business revenue . When fully ramped, you're expected to hit your weighted achievement quota 8 out of 12 months each year and maintain a strong new business pipeline generated through your portfolio.

Relationship Management: Develop long-term strategic relationships nurturing partners toward success.

Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborate with partners to drive new partner-sourced or influenced opportunities that align with your region's addressable market. You'll be accountable for delivering pipeline volume relative to your quota and regional win rate.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Marketing, Integrations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and Teamtailor's offerings to effectively position us and identify opportunities for collaborating with partners.

Partner Marketing: In collaboration with the marketing and partner marketing team, oversee and execute partner marketing activities within your region.

Communication: Articulate complex ideas and proposals in a clear, compelling, and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. This role also requires comfort in representing Teamtailor at events, actively engaging with partners and customers.

We see that you have:

  • Native fluency English is a must for this role
  • +3 years experience working in a complex sales or partnership management role
  • Successful track record from working with partners or complex sales cycles
  • Experience from the HR tech space is considered a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Well-articulated and a passionate communicator
  • Comfortable with speaking and representing at various events
  • Comfortable with expectation setting and time prioritization
  • Strong cross functional collaboration experience
  • Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed orientation
