Learning and Development Coordinator - Bermondsey, London - £36,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join us and take the lead in creating brilliant training experiences at our brand-new Learning Loft. This role is perfect for someone starting or growing in L&D. This is your chance to sit at the heart of learning, culture and operations, helping our people grow while creating an environment that feels professional, inspiring and seamless. You’ll work independently, take full ownership of the space, and bring fun, fresh ideas to life. What you’ll be doing as Learning & Development Coordinator:- Own the day-to-day running of the Learning Loft, ensuring training rooms, meeting spaces and shared areas are clean, organised and guest-ready
- Welcome guests, trainers and new starters, delivering engaging Loft inductions and first-class experiences
- Support the delivery of training, guest experience sessions and ad-hoc learning events
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, L&D, HR and business stakeholders to keep learning programmes on track
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Support learning engagement activities and events, ensuring every detail is thought through
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Office Coordination or Operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Naturally people-focused, proactive and service-driven
- Confident building relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
