A warm, welcoming international family is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to care for their two school-aged children in a long-term role based between London and other homes worldwide. The nanny will work on a 1–2 weeks on / 1–2 weeks off rota, providing high-quality, consistent care across both residences.

The household is fully staffed, allowing the nanny to focus solely on the children’s care, education support, and overall wellbeing. The children attend school, so the role involves managing morning and after-school routines, supporting homework, coordinating activities, and encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development.

Travel is a key component of this role, particularly during school holidays, and the successful candidate must be confident, flexible, and organised when working internationally.

Given the amount of required, the family need a nanny who is a dual national, holding a US British passport or the full right to live and work in the UK along with a US passport. A minimum of five years’ professional nanny experience is required, ideally with school-aged children and prior rota experience. Experience working within HNW households is essential.

The family is seeking a calm, proactive, and engaging nanny who is confident maintaining routines, setting clear boundaries, and creating a nurturing yet structured environment. Someone adaptable, discreet, and culturally aware will thrive in this role.
