Facilities Management Technician
Join our Facilities team as a Technician in the heart of Soho Square, London. You'll maintain our busy, creative workspace, ensuring it's always safe, clean and functional. From preventative maintenance to office moves and safety initiatives, no two days will be the same. If you're proactive, practical and enjoy varied workloads, we'd love to hear from you.

The Work
- Maintain facilities in good working order and ensure safety standards are met
- Provide first-line support for staff and clients on facility maintenance issues
- Coordinate with external contractors and operational teams
- Manage furniture inventory and move/install furniture as needed
- Perform regular health and safety checks and risk assessments
- Carry out ad-hoc decorating, carpentry, or installation work
- Act as a Fire Warden and assist in ensuring personnel safety
What You Need
- Good general carpentry, metal work, and plumbing skills
- Demonstrable experience in facility maintenance roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- IOSH, First Aid At Work, Fire Door Inspection qualifications
