We’re on the hunt for a confident, organised and people-loving Catering Manager to take the reins at one of our buzzing client sites in EC2N 1AR. If you've got the smarts to run a smooth hospitality operation and the retail know-how to keep things commercially sharp, you might be just who we’re looking for.

The role in a (very tasty) nutshell:

You’ll be the go-to person on site—keeping our client happy, our team energised, and our operation running like clockwork. That means:

• Overseeing daily food service and retail offers with flair and focus
• Building strong client relationships (the friendly, professional kind)
• Managing budgets, costings and margins without breaking a sweat
• Staying on top of stock, rotas, compliance and all the nitty-gritty stuff
• Leading a team by example—motivating, developing, and keeping standards sky-high
• Jumping in on hospitality and events when needed—yes, you’ll need to know your canapés from your crudités

What we’re looking for:

✅ Hospitality and retail experience - at least 3 years managing both sides of the operation
✅ A sharp commercial mind - you get margins, costings and how to make things profitable
✅ A cool head under pressure - because no day is the same
✅ An eye for detail, a passion for great food, and a knack for building great teams
✅ Confidence communicating with clients, senior stakeholders, and the kitchen brigade
✅ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (we like to keep things interesting)
