The work

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies.
• Lead structured discovery engagements, conduct opportunity analysis, and create multi-quarter strategic roadmaps.
• Design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and workflows to drive long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, prioritization sessions, and executive briefings to align stakeholders and ensure strategic continuity.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, consulting frameworks, and delivery methodologies to elevate enterprise strategy delivery.

What you need

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, GEO consulting, change management, or related SaaS/MarTech roles.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into actionable strategic roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience with enterprise-level SEO and GEO platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and advanced analytics integrations.
• Background in digital marketing consultancy or professional services environments.
