Senior Email Designer

About the role
Are you a design-savvy creative with a passion for impactful email marketing? At Moonpig, we're looking for a Senior Email Designer to join our vibrant Brand Design team. In this role, you’ll craft eye-catching and effective email campaigns that connect with our customers and drive results. Reporting to the Design Lead, you'll work collaboratively across teams, combining your creativity and technical know-how to deliver work that aligns with our brand and engages millions. If you're calm under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a great eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
- Work with CRM and analytics teams to inform and refine email creative
- Apply best practices in visual design, UX, and accessibility
- Ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints by collaborating with the Product Design team
- Support marcomms campaigns and influence creative delivery across broader brand initiatives
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Asana, and Sailthru (or similar)
About You:
- Experience designing email marketing for major DTC, eCommerce or retail brands
- Excellent eye for design, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Confident with HTML and CSS for email
- Analytical mindset with ability to gather insights and apply them to creative work
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement
