Meet the team
Reporting to the LEAP SME division Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider marketing team, the successful candidate will be part of a group of passionate product advocates, dedicated to helping an ever-growing network of users discover what’s possible with LEAP by their side.
As custodians of the LEAP brand, the team drives awareness, builds recognition, and accelerates adoption of LEAP products throughout the legal profession, turning LEAP into a brand that lawyers know, trust, and love.
From executing campaigns that resonate emotionally and intellectually, to crafting a brand that is consistent, concise, and compelling, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in shaping LEAP’s future. All while empowering lawyers to deliver more flexible and affordable legal services
Requirements
What you'll do
As a proactive, ambitious, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the administration, logistics, and execution of a variety of marketing activities. You’ll contribute to campaign planning, event coordination, content creation, and day-to-day operations that bring our marketing strategy to life.
In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll be encouraged to take initiative, bring creative ideas to the table, and deliver work with precision and efficiency. Your ability to stay organised, manage time effectively, and write with clarity will be key to your success.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule targeted email marketing campaigns to engage key audiences
- Manage and monitor LEAP’s social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Conduct market research to support campaign development and uncover new opportunities or routes to market
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, merchandise, etc.
- Organise the logistics and marketing support for LEAP at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars, including promotional materials, and on-site execution
- Maintain consistent brand application across all internal and external communications, and contribute to internal marketing initiatives
- Manage the marketing inbox, ensuring timely, professional responses to all incoming enquiries
What you’ll bring
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar marketing role
- Skilled in coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual events targeting prospects and clients
- Smart, professional, and confident in both attitude and appearance
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a flair for copywriting
- Confident in taking ownership of projects and executing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
- Experience managing social media across platforms
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks effectively
- A genuine interest in B2B marketing and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
Desirable
- Experience working within the legal industry or professional services
- A qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline
- A strong interest in IT and software solutions
