The Opportunity This innovative, high-achieving primary academy in Camden is looking for a new member of their administrative team. As a "Tech-Forward" school, it utilizes digital platforms for almost all parental communications. This hybrid role is designed for a candidate who enjoys both public-facing interaction and focused administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
Admissions Support: Assisting the Admissions Officer with processing new student applications and coordinating prospective parent tours.
Finance Admin: Managing the ParentPay system for school meals, milk, and extracurricular clubs.
Digital Comms: Drafting and distributing the weekly school newsletter and digital announcements via the school app.
Front Desk: Managing the reception area to ensure a professional and organized environment at all times.
