Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + benefits

Working Structure: Hybrid (first month fully office-based)

📌 Key Responsibilities

Administer starters, leavers, and payroll changes (UK & overseas)

*

Support end-to-end payroll processing and reporting

*

Process pensions, statutory payments, and salary sacrifice schemes

*

Manage HMRC filings and year-end activity

*

Respond to payroll queries and support the team during busy periods

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

*

3+ years payroll experience (CIPP or studying desirable)

*

Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax, and pensions

*

Highly accurate with strong numeracy and attention to detail

*

Confident communicator with a proactive mindset

*

Comfortable working in a high-volume payroll environment
