HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
A Chloé Boutique Manager will be a Maison Amabassador, ensuring every client has a memorable and personalized experience with the Boutique. You will be the drive the boutique's business, leading your team to achieve ambitious goals while embodying the Chloé spirit of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
- Client Champion:
- Lead the team in initiating and developing long-term relationships with clients.
- Set and monitor CRM targets, implement action plans, and supervise the use of CRM tools.
- Supervise the client database and cultivate relationships with VIC clients.
- Proactively propose activities to exceed client expectations.
- Omnichannel Business Owner:
- Lead by example on the sales floor to improve business performance and customer service.
- Ensure full engagement with omnichannel services.
- Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans aligned with Maison strategy.
- Set and monitor retail targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
- Actively participate in commercial activities and propose innovative ideas.
- Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Team Leader:
- Organize energizing team briefings to maintain high motivation.
- Conduct monthly and yearly performance assessments with team members.
- Coach the team through shadowing, identify training needs, and lead individual development plans.
- Lead recruitment and induction in coordination with HR.
- Ensure a positive team spirit and embody Chloé's core values.
- Actively participate in the Store Manager community, sharing best practices and providing support.
- Operations Excellence Supervisor:
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and ensure team grooming standards.
- Liaise with Operations or Retail Managers for repairs and improvements.
- Ensure implementation of all guidelines related to store and back-of-house management, and sustainability.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and stock.
- Oversee compliance with Richemont policies and standards.
