We’re on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent in catering and hospitality. This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid role, with a mix of home-based and office working. The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience What You’ll Do:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of operational, hospitality and culinary roles
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless recruitment solutions
- Build strong talent pipelines for key catering & hospitality positions
- Own direct sourcing strategies and reduce agency reliance
- Use data to track success and continuously improve recruitment processes
- Effectively use Excel to manage and update recruitment tracking
- Act as an ambassador for our employer brand and candidate experience
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in-house
- Background in hospitality or catering recruitment strongly preferred
- Confident managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and current market trends
- Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
