Financial Services Lawyers - Interim / Fractional / Consulting Opportunities

We partner with a wide range of financial institutions and regulated businesses, deploying high-calibre legal consultants on complex regulatory, transactional and strategic engagements.
We are always keen to connect with senior financial services lawyers with experience across regulatory advisory, governance, financial products, risk and compliance frameworks who are interested in exploring consulting-style engagements.
Our lawyers work closely with senior leadership teams, boards, and risk functions, often advising on matters critical to regulatory strategy and operational resilience.
Typical engagements might include:
• Supporting financial institutions on regulatory change and strategic initiatives
• Acting as interim or fractional senior legal leadership within financial services organisations
• Advising on governance frameworks, regulatory engagement, and complex product development
