This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in London.

Join Personio’s high-impact Talent Intelligence team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, you’ll spearhead the identification and engagement of exceptional talent across critical functions, including Go-to-Market, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product, spanning our European footprint. You’ll balance high-volume sourcing initiatives with precision-targeted searches for specialised roles, delivering talent that drives Personio’s continued growth and excellence. Candidate Mapping: You identify and map talent pools across all functions and levels, from Business to Engineering, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across our European locations.
Proactive Outreach: You engage passive candidates through personalised, compelling outreach strategies, creating interest in Personio's mission and opportunities.
Candidate Screening: You conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest, ensuring only high-quality candidates progress to the interview process.
Talent Market Intelligence: You produce insightful reports and research on talent markets, competitive landscapes, and sourcing metrics to inform strategic decisions for the Talent Acquisition team and Personio leadership.
Strategic Partnership: You work in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and Personio leadership to understand role requirements and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
Volume and Specialised Sourcing: You balance high-volume sourcing initiatives with specialised, requisition-based searches, adapting your approach to meet diverse hiring needs.
3. Role Requirements: “What You Need to Succeed”
Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, either in-house or agency-side, with exposure to supporting hiring across diverse functions such as GTM, Customer Support, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Design; German language skills are beneficial.
Research & Mapping Expertise: You excel at identifying and mapping talent pools, using creative sourcing strategies and tools to uncover passive candidates in competitive markets.
Engaging Communication: You craft compelling, personalised outreach that resonates with candidates, building relationships and generating interest in opportunities.
Cross-functional Acumen: You quickly grasp the requirements of diverse roles across different functions and seniority levels, adapting your sourcing approach accordingly.
Data-Driven Mindset: You use sourcing metrics and market insights to inform your strategy, track performance, and continuously improve your sourcing effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You partner effectively with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and leadership, managing expectations and delivering on commitments.
Adaptability: You thrive in an ever changing environment, seamlessly balancing high-volume sourcing with specialised searches and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
AI and Technology : You leverage AI tools and innovative sourcing technologies to uncover hidden talent pools, increase efficiency in outreach, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
