Call Centre Advisor
About The Role
We are seeking Call Centre Advisors to join our brand-new Care Centre which is launching very soon!
As a Call Centre Advisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home and as required at a fixed Colosseum Dental location. Our Care Centre will be open 7-days per week and will require flexible working, these are the roles currently available:
Role 1: Thursday & Friday 08:00 – 11:00
Role 2: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 12:00
Role 3:Monday to Friday 09:00 – 13:00

About You
We’d love to hear from you, if you have the following:
- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Ability to meet performance targets
- Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and support patient needs
- Empathy, patience and compassion
- Excellent organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use different IT systems and work in a fast-paced role
- Healthcare experience and a dental background would be beneficial
You will also have right to work within the UK and be committed to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the care centre. A DBS will also be required.
