EMEIA Pacific Multi Market Customer Director
Location: London or Paris
Hybrid model – a great mix of in‑person interaction and virtual working (typically 2–3 days per week in the office)
Attractive Salary & Benefits

Let’s Talk About You
You’re a senior commercial leader with the confidence, credibility and curiosity to operate at regional scale. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and enjoy shaping strategy and seeing it come to life on the ground. You’re commercially ambitious, but purpose matters to you too.
If you’re ready to make a real impact across markets, customers and teams — and want to do it alongside a collaborative, down‑to‑earth group of people — this could be your next move.
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods company with a portfolio of over 25 well‑known brands including Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and Cremo Grooming. Our purpose is simple: to make useful things joyful.

Now Let’s Get Down to Business
At Edgewell, you’ll find a collaborative, inclusive and encouraging environment where people work together across functions and borders to win in the market.
As EMEIA Pacific Multi Market Customer Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading customer strategy across the region. This is a senior commercial leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for driving multi‑market customer partnerships, joint business planning and best‑in‑class go‑to‑market execution.
You’ll translate regional commercial strategy into scalable, repeatable customer and channel playbooks that unlock sustainable growth — partnering closely with hubs and markets while providing regional direction, capability and governance.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Lead and coordinate multi‑market and regional customer partnerships, creating aligned growth plans and consistent execution frameworks.
  • Define and deploy regional best practice for customer strategy, go‑to‑market execution and joint business planning.
  • Develop and embed repeatable customer playbooks across range, pricing, promotion, visibility, activation and digital integration.
  • Act as the central connector between sales, marketing, ecommerce and category teams to deliver integrated shopper and customer plans.
  • Lead strategic collaboration and negotiation with regional and multi‑market customers, including key European buying groups.
  • Drive thought leadership and best‑practice sharing across hubs and markets, raising commercial capability and execution standards.
  • Champion data‑led decision making, building advanced commercial and analytics capabilities to optimise investment and performance.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities in emerging and non‑traditional channels, including on‑demand and rapid delivery ecosystems.
  • Build strong external networks to bring outside‑in thinking into the region.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing regional team, building capability and succession pipelines across markets.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with extensive senior commercial or sales leadership experience, ideally within FMCG / CPG, who is comfortable operating across multiple countries and complex customer ecosystems. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing and growing large, complex, multi‑country customer relationships.
  • Strong background in joint business planning, customer strategy and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Negotiation experience with key European buying groups such as Everest, Concordis or Coopernic.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable playbooks and operating models.
  • Advanced analytical capability, able to convert data into clear insights, actions and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the gravitas to operate at senior customer and executive level.
  • Experience working in matrixed regional structures with local P&L ownership.
  • A commercially curious mindset, willing to challenge established ways of working to unlock growth.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including leading geographically dispersed teams.
