Role Overview

As a Graduate Teaching Support Mentor , you will:

• Support teachers in classrooms across a variety of subjects
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to boost student confidence and attainment
• Assist students with GCSE and A-Level preparation , exam strategies, and revision
• Help with lesson resources, classroom organisation, and practical activities
• Act as a role model , inspiring students to achieve their full potential
• Observe teaching techniques and gain insight into classroom management
