Client Onboarding Executive
The responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Executive include:
- Processing new client applications
- Conducting AML and KYC checks
- Completing risk assessments in line with regulations
- Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure efficient onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Handling client queries, quality-checking documents, supporting audits, and escalating any issues or complaints appropriately
