Games Producer

Job Description

Producers at Aristocrat lead game projects from idea to launch, with both internal and external teams.

• Drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable.
• Collaborate with Games Mathematicians and Games Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game development requirements.
• Coordinate with collaborators to maintain project vision within budget and timeline.
• Conduct product testing and review, identifying core user experience issues, and prioritizing feedback.
• Maintain open and continual communications with your manager and team regarding workload and projects.
• Analyze competitors’ and in-house products.
• Stay informed on trends in social casino, real casino industries, and other media.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by your senior manager.

• Proven experience of delivering high-performing slots in the gambling sector.
• Ability to write and maintain game development documentation.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Understanding of what makes a game appealing and fun to play.
• Ability to assess the market, trends, and marketing insights.
• Responsibility for coordinating work within the production schedule, managing files, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of time and priority management.
• Ability to mock up ideas on paper and digitally.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Prepared to switch focus while balancing multiple projects in an organized way, including on an ad hoc basis.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Passion for gambling and its surrounding theories and models, especially slots.
