Education Recruitment Consultant SEN - London

This opportunity is for an experienced SEND Recruitment Consultant to join an education recruitment agency in London.

This is working for a leading education recruitment agency with several branches throughout the UK and abroad.

The desk will consist of supplying SEND Teachers and Support Staff to SEND establishments and Schools across London and the home counties

A large SEND desk is being split down to make it easier to manage, there will be commission from day 1.

You will initially join the SEND team as a Consultant or Senior consultant depending on your previous experience.

This is a desk that has flourished even during COVID restrictions and has very warm clients and candidates

Although there will be a strong element of account managing there is still scope to grow the desk further.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team in branch helping you attract the best Teachers and support staff and to make sure your candidates are processed quickly allowing you to place them with your clients.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary starting initially up to £55,000 with regular salary reviews.(Negotiable they are market leaders with high salaries and good commission)

You will be working in a large busy open-plan office appropriately set up for the restrictions of COVID.
