Are you a sharp thinker with a flair for numbers and strategy? Join us as a Commercial Analyst and help shape the future of our Financial Services team. This is your chance to make a real impact, analysing trends, uncovering insights, and driving smarter decisions across the business.

You’ll support the development of our sales channels, fine-tune product and conversion strategies, and work closely with key partners to build strong, successful relationships. Your insights will help us grow, adapt, and stay ahead in a fast-moving market. What will I be doing?

• Helping shape and optimise our sales channels and price comparison partnerships to boost conversions and attract new customers
n
• Analysing trends and performance data to deliver clear, strategic recommendations that influence key business decisions
n
• Tackling complex challenges with creativity and sound judgement, always looking for smarter, better ways to work
n
• Monitoring performance metrics and provide valuable commercial analysis to support business growth
n
• Using your knowledge of price comparison sites and loan products to strengthen relationships and expand our reach
n
• Using SQL and python to extract and visualise data, enabling fast, accurate insights and reporting
n
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to align strategies and deliver impactful results
n
• Directly influencing customer acquisition, pricing strategy, and overall commercial success
n

What do I need?

n
• Experience in a similar role, ideally with aggregator platforms and loan products, and a strong focus on championing customer needs and outcomes
n
• Proven ability to analyse data, spot trends, and identify commercial opportunities that drive performance
n
• Proficiency in SQL and python to self-serve data queries and generate meaningful insights is desirable
n
• Strong business acumen, highly numerate, and confident working with key performance metrics
n
• Excellent project management skills – highly organised, methodical, and able to deliver to tight deadlines
n
• Resilient under pressure, maintaining accuracy and focus while managing multiple priorities
n
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
n
• Clear and confident communicator, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences
n
