Are you someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression and delivering exceptional service? At Sodexo , we’re looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dedicated front-of-house team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and vibrant culture of one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check-in and switchboard operations in line with our security and GDPR requirements.
- Use reception tools to coordinate, guide, and support guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, completing regular checks and partnering with service teams to uphold a consistent five-star standard.
- Foster strong working relationships across departments, embracing a collaborative “One Team” approach and providing support where needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and the visitor experience, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, approachable manner with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Confidence using technology, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational abilities, with flexibility to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information or sensitive situations.
- The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of people, from visitors to senior leaders.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, solution-focused attitude that reflects Sodexo and Microsoft’s commitment to excellence.
