Salary: A commission based role with OTE of up to £35,000 in your first year.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speak to previous and existing prospects to understand their property plans and how we can help.

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, market research and keeping an eye on competitor activity.

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and spot opportunities to win new business.

  • Arrange property valuations and appointments for our local office managers.

  • Connect clients with relevant third-party services, including our mortgage partners.

  • Keep client and lead information accurate and up to date on our CRM systems.

  • Work closely with our local teams to identify and maximise new business opportunities.

  • Work towards and consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Skills:
  • Confident in speaking to people on the phone and face-to-face, with great communication skills.

  • A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach to your work.

  • Enjoy building relationships and providing a great experience for clients.

  • Comfortable handling objections and having challenging conversations when needed.

  • Motivated by targets and driven to achieve results.

  • Well organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Able to stay focused and organised in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Keen to learn, develop your skills and build a career in the property industry.

What we offer:

Generous Rewards: Uncapped commission potential.
Progression: Fast-track growth within the property industry, with clear development pathways.
Comprehensive Training: From apprenticeship to industry qualifications, we’ll support your development every step of the way.
Holiday: Enjoy a generous allowance starting at 25 days annually, plus a birthday day off to celebrate.
Supportive Environment: Wellbeing programs, team social events, and a fun, dynamic workplace.
Give Back: Paid day off to volunteer at a charity of your choice.
