About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Capital Raising team. This is a dynamic and externally-facing role, supporting fundraising efforts and relationship management across institutional investors, third-party introducers, and placement agents. You’ll play a key role in shaping investor engagement, preparing marketing materials, and delivering insights that drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation

• Source new institutional leads through market mapping, events, and referrals

• Identify and introduce new third-party introducers and placement agents

• Support investor due diligence processes throughout the fundraising lifecycle

• Maintain accurate investor records and pipeline updates in the CRM

Relationship Management

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing and prospective investors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional allocators and consultants

• Capture and track investor feedback, meeting notes, and next steps in CRM

• Support the management and development of introducer/placement agent relationships

Marketing & Communications

• Develop and maintain compelling fundraising materials and sales decks

• Lead the creation of pitch documents, proposals, and investor presentations

• Contribute to investor updates, market commentary, and portfolio communications

• Represent the business at industry events, panels, and investor briefings

Internal Reporting & Insights

• Produce competitor analysis, market intelligence, and strategic insights

• Support internal reporting, including quarterly fundraising updates and ad-hoc presentations

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations, or a placement agent role

• Strong knowledge of institutional and family office investors

• Understanding of private credit and/or real estate strategies is highly desirable

• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and collaborative approach

• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Familiarity with global marketing regulations and cross-border fundraising compliance
