South West London | Up to £46,500 + Company Car or £4,877 Car Allowance | Monday to Friday
If you're a Registered Nurse looking for a community role where you can spend more time with patients, work independently, and genuinely make a difference to children and their families, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
I'm recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a specialist healthcare provider delivering high-quality care across South West London . You'll manage your own caseload, providing personalised care in patients' homes while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence and continuity of care.
This is an excellent opportunity for Community Nurses, Children's Nurses, District Nurses or Registered Nurses with IV therapy experience who are looking for more autonomy without losing the support of an experienced clinical team.
What's on Offer?
- Salary up to £46,500 per annum.
- Company car or £4,877 car allowance.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Private healthcare.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Death in service benefit (4x salary).
- Enhanced evening and weekend rates.
- Paid professional registrations.
- Ongoing clinical training and career development.
- Company phone and tablet.
The Role
As a Community Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to children in their own homes throughout South West London . You'll build strong relationships with patients and their families, helping them receive the care they need while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
Working autonomously, you'll manage your own diary and caseload while collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality community nursing care.
- Administering IV therapies and other prescribed treatments.
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans.
- Supporting children and their families throughout their care journey.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, consultants and the wider MDT.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Registered Nurse (Adult or Children's) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience administering IV therapies.
- Previous community nursing, homecare, district nursing or similar experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
If you're looking for a community nursing role where you can enjoy greater autonomy, build meaningful relationships with patients, and work for an organisation that genuinely invests in its nurses, I'd love to hear from you.
