Support stakeholder engagement by drafting communications, coordinating meetings, and recording actions.

Monitor project progress against timelines and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.

Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new approaches and supporting the evaluation of completed projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a strong degree (2:1 or above).

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence in handling large documents and producing clear, accurate outputs.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgement.

Ambition, enthusiasm, and a desire to build a career in higher education.

Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from others.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Produces accurate, timely project documentation and analysis with strong attention to detail, even when handling large or complex documents.

Delivers assigned tasks to a high standard, supporting projects to stay on track and proactively highlighting risks or issues.

Builds positive relationships with stakeholders and demonstrates growing project management skills and responsibility over time
