If you want to be part of our 4-star property at the amazing location of Knightsbridge, do not miss the exciting opportunity we currently have at The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge for an experienced  Night Porter . The purpose of this role is to assist in the daily running of the Front Office department, ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

Shift pattern : 4 days in & 4 days off and Duration : 12 hrs/day

Key responsibilities as a Night Porter:

• Act as the welcoming face of the hotel during night hours, delivering courteous, prompt, and personalised service.

• Assist guests with requests, queries, comments, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Transport guest luggage to/from rooms, lobby, or vehicles, ensuring all items are correctly accounted for.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to support smooth overnight operations.
• Complete all scheduled night tasks and provide a clear handover at the end of the shift.
• Safely store and manage luggage in accordance with hotel guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the Night Security team to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of fire evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Take personal responsibility and use teamwork to deliver a safe and well-maintained environment.

As a Night Porter , the essential skills required:

• Previous experience as a night porter, concierge, or in a similar overnight role.
• Comfortable working independently overnight and making sound decisions.
• Excellent customer-service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, reliable, and responsible.
• Takes pride in maintaining safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Flexible and able to support operational needs during busy periods or events.
